SEQ Ecological Restoration Framework

SEQ Ecological Restoration Framework

Local councils in South East Queensland have undertaken ongoing ecological restoration work in partnership with the community to maintain, enhance and protect our natural environment and its biodiversity. Restoration work in South East Queensland controls weeds, re-establishes wildlife corridors and assists the recovery of ecosystems that are degraded, damaged, or destroyed. The 10 councils of the region agreed in 2011 to develop the South East Queensland (SEQ) Ecological Restoration Framework comprising a Code of PracticeGuideline, and Manual.

Park Coordinators and volunteers might find the documents, especially the manual, helpful guides to working in parks.
