Crows Nest Community Nursery is operated by the Toowoomba Regional Council. It supplies native species for FEP volunteers to plant for regenerating our bushland parks and also sells to the public. Nursery Manager, Lisa Churchward, has developed seed collection packs to encourage the collection of seeds in bushland parks or elsewhere by FEP volunteers. Packs include resources and detailed instructions on how to collect and care for seeds. The seed collection instructions are available on this page along with information detailing months and specific locations where particular seeds may be found. Seed collection for use by the nursery is open to anyone.
