DDEC AGM

The DDEC Annual General Meeting Celebration and Prioject Updates(AGM) will be held on

Wednesday, 16 September 2026 at 5.30 pm at the Eco Hut, 1a Heller Street, Middle Ridge.

Only financial club members can participate in the voting process. All Management Committee positions will be available for nomination. At the AGM if there are insufficent group member nominations then individual members can nominate from the floor. An outline of the position descriptions is attached as well.

VALID Nomination Forms must be FULLY completed, signed by all parties AND given to the Secretary (by mail, email, via the digital form or at the club house) two weeks prior to the AGM – i.e. 02 September 2026.
