The FEP Newsletter, The Escarpment Park Friend, is published approximately quarterly and back issues are available on the FEP website.
Like any publication its existence and success depends on the availability of content that interests its readers. In this case that will be mainly FEP members who will be the people best placed to contribute content likely to be of interest to other members.
Material for the newsletter can be sent by email to the editor at editor@fep.org.au.
Suitable content might include:
- Photographs of interesting plants and wildlife found in one of the FEP parks – include a short description with details such as where, when, and what was significant about the sighting
- Brief accounts of what has been happening in the parks where you work – what sort of work are you doing, what are the results, and what might help
- Reflections on the history of a park and/or the involvement of volunteers with it
- Reports of recent events likely to be of interest to FEP members
- Anything else you think may interest readers of the newsletter.
