Toowoomba Region Council has initiated a consultation on future upgrades to Jubilee Park. Residents are invited to have their say on the proposed upgrades now that a concept design is available for community feedback.
The trailhead upgrades form part of the broader Toowoomba Escarpment Mountain Bike Project, which aims to create new trails, upgrade existing trails and improve supporting infrastructure for mountain biking across the Region.
Construction of the proposed improvements is expected to start in mid-2027.
