Toowoomba Bird Observers‘ September newsletter is out. Bird of the month is the Dusky Moorhen. Events in October are a walk at Lions Park, Hodgsonvale on Wednesday, 14 October with Charles Dove and the census on 24-30 October. There are reports, with photographs, of walks at Lake Dyer, Laidley and Jondaryan.
