Representatives of FEP met with staff of Toowoomba Regional Council last week.
During the meeting TRC confirmed that they have signed up to Grant Guru, which has been valuable in providing alerts for potential funding opportunities. While some grants are not suitable, the group was encouraged to review previous successful recipients to help identify potential flexibility in how future grants may be applied. SmartyGrants was also mentioned as a potential source for grants information.
TRC asked the FEP representatives to encourage members to use these aggregators to help in searching for funding opportunities:
